About Oak Glen

Location: Oak Glen Christian Conference Center is located 5,200 feet up in the San Bernardino Mountains, just above Yucaipa, California. We are surrounded by beautiful pines, cedars, oaks, apple orchards, cool mountain streams and a limitless supply of mountain-fresh air. Spring is green, and full of birds and blossoms. Summers are full of long, warm days and perfectly cool nights. Fall brings the crispness, color, and apples of autumn. And winters are usually mild, although we’re blanketed with snow a few times each winter.

Our Commitment: We’re committed to providing our guests with an outstanding retreat experience, including comfortable accommodations, outstanding all-you-can-eat food service, and unforgettable opportunities for Christian fellowship. Our competent and caring staff will endeavor to provide you with the best setting for your conference or retreat, and our prayer is that each guest will have a life-changing encounter with Christ.

Our Rates: We offer very competitive nightly rates – and the longer you stay, the less you pay! With your retreat package, you’ll get great all-you-can-eat meals, accommodations, full use of the retreat center’s activities and amenities, and use of a dedicated meeting space for your group. There’s no cost for ping pong, mini golf, basketball, horseshoes, or archery. There will be a small additional charge for the climbing wall and paintball. Additional activities onsite and in Oak Glen can be arranged. Accommodations: Our comfortable rooms and cottages house up to 300 guests and provide a memorable mountain-top experience. Most rooms house up to five people, with restrooms conveniently located down the hall. Private accommodations may be reserved for your speaker or pastor.

Dining: You don’t want to miss a meal at Oak Glen! Enjoy all-you-can-eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our dining hall. Our talented food-service staff provides delicious and well-balanced menus, and has a flair for adding something special to every meal they serve. Plus, our caring and capable staff handle all of the meal preparation beforehand and cleanup afterward.  No scraping plates, sorting silverware, washing tables or stacking chairs, and more time to enjoy the natural beauty and activites offered here!

Chapels: We have two beautiful on-site chapels. Our main chapel seats 270 and is available to the largest group on the grounds. A second chapel is devoted exclusively for prayer and meditation. It seats 12 and is open to all registered guests around the clock.

Meeting Rooms: Additional meeting rooms (complete with padded chairs, speaker’s podium, piano, and an overhead screen) will be available for your group’s exclusive use. Our meeting rooms can accommodate groups as large as 100 or as intimate as 20, and are included in your rate.

Activities: We have lots of activities: Paintball, Miniature Golf, Swimming, Playground, Hiking, Fire Circles, Horseshoes, Volleyball (outdoor and indoor), Basketball, and much more! We can even arrange special on-site activities to meet your group’s activity needs. (Call us for more information.) Murray Pavilion, our full-court gymnasium, is used primarily for recreation though it may also be used as an auditorium as needed. The Pavilion has volleyball, basketball, ping-pong, and foosball. When multiple groups are present, recreational facilities will be shared. Exclusive use may be reserved in advance.

Bookstore and Gift Shop: During your free time, order your favorite coffee drink and browse through our well-stocked selection of Christian books, gifts, apparel, inspirational greeting cards, pictures and other items at our Snack Shack. We keep some toiletries and other necessities in stock too. And for those middle-of-the-night snack attacks, you’ll find our automated Snack Bar with hot coffee, tea, candy, snacks, and soft drinks open 24 hours a day.
